Program of 35 story building is contained within two distinctly formal elements : a sculpted tower and a solidity podium, consisted of art center, art facilities and office tower. Building inspiration of “Twisted tower”.

Located on “Chang Klan”, central commercial area of Chiang Mai city, Northern of Thailand. Unique of Lanna lifestyle integrated the project.
Program of 12 story building is contained within 316 guestroom modules and a podium, consisted of Conference facilities, 5 Star Hotel accommodation and Thai Spa. Building inspiration of the Lanna style.

Design concept is to seek the new experience of living by architecture invention on creating an overall unique of the Underwater experience resort hotel.
Underwater hotel comprised of about 82,000 sq.m building area. Surrounded by Natural sea or Lagoon. It controls 300 m.diameter of Manipurative Aquarium-like Lagoon that range to 10 meter in depth, replete with abudant sea life, providing virgin territory to explore with our deep submersible, where the whole family can spend the night 10 meter underwater in incomparable luxury living.
Program offers 3 types of the unique accommodation that each guest will experience during their stay :
